It is something that you create. Therapy with me is a supportive, practical space where you’ll feel heard and validated. When appropriate, we will laugh and have fun. Therapy can be light, it doesn’t have to be serious all the time! I don’t see you as a series of labels or diagnoses. You might have a diagnosis, but you wish people knew the emotional impact of not having control. Together, we will work toward helping you feel calmer, more confident, and more connected to yourself.
